ototoi: luksusdyr

In late 2021, ototoi released their debut album on Smeik. ototoi consists of members from Oslo and Copenhagen. Their music can be described as the soundtrack from a video game that was never released. Electric sounds from drum machines and synthesizers are mixed in an accoustic landscape where lyrical melodies coexist with untraditional textures and sounds. This results in elements from jazz, minimalistic grooves and electroacoustic improvisation. Curious? Here’s a music video!
The band members have previously been a part of projects such as Master Oogway, Why Kai, and Hein Westgaard Trio.
